Meet Our Leadership

Rick Hargrove

Rick Hargrove
Chief Executive Officer and Vice President

Rick serves to set the course for the Abrio family of companies and provides strategic leadership and guidance for the organization and its operational leaders. Part of the organization for 15 years, Rick has served as Abrio’s CEO since 2018, where he has helped grow the company.

Growing up, Rick’s aunt was a forerunner in the deinstitutionalization of people with developmental disabilities where Rick was exposed to the importance of this work from an early age. Although not originally planning to serve in this area, Rick found himself drawn to the mission to bring dignity and respect to people when they most need it.

Rick has served as the Chair, Vice-Chair and Treasurer for the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities (AAPPD). Before his career in home care, Rick served in the Navy for eight years as a submarine sailor.

When he is not working, Rick likes to travel, flip real estate and watch football with his spouse.

Cindy McClung

Cindy McClung
Founder and President

After operating Abrio for 20 years, Cindy has moved into a semi-retired position. Most of her time is focused on ensuring Abrio remains loyal to our mission and our values. Cindy loves knowing that our clients are receiving the same level of care that she would have wanted her mother to receive back before home care was available.

Times have changed so much since she was young, and Cindy sees the positives of both then and now. She likes knowing that she’s sharing wisdom from the past and the present with her children and grandchildren, so they can make positive and safe choices as they grow up. Her favorite saying to them is, “Evaluate the consequences of your choices, and if you can live with the consequences, good or bad, move forward with confidence.”

In her spare time, Cindy loves spending time with her family, horses, and dogs.

Priscilla Marley

Priscilla Marley
Regional Director

Priscilla’s primary role is the oversight of operations and support to managers in offices across central and northern Arizona. Her focus is on upholding Abrio’s standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality care to our clients. She enjoys bringing hope and support to our communities through guidance and collaboration with our community partners, establishing relationships, problem solving, and high quality service implementation.

Priscilla is the middle of five children in her family. They are all very close, but she has a truly special relationship with her youngest brother. He is the driving force for her passion in this field.

In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying her firstborn son, attending or watching sporting events, entertaining friends and family, or traveling and exploring new places.

Teri Rademacher
Regional Director

Teri’s role is to provide support and guidance to area offices in Arizona. Her focus is to ensure that Abrio Home Care exceeds expectations in providing exceptionally caring, reliable, and innovative home care services that nurture and improve the human experience of the individuals we serve. She especially enjoys encouraging meaningful interaction by meeting each client and learning their life story.

In her free time, you’ll find her spending time with her wonderful family, including her husband of 43 years, her two sons, and five grandchildren. She also enjoys being creative by sewing, scrapbooking, and cooking.

Service has always been important to Teri. Throughout her life, she has served in many organizations. Her priority is to do her very best to make someone’s day better. Dr. Seuss said it best, “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”

Caregivers That You Can Trust

The foundation of a meaningful caregiving relationship is built on trust. At Abrio Home Care, a leading provider of elder care in Mesa and surrounding areas, we earn that trust by hiring highly qualified and compassionate care professionals who share our passion for empowering and improving the lives of the individuals we serve.

Our care team consists of home health aides, certified nursing assistants, care managers, and home care experts who are bonded, insured, and certified under the Arizona Direct Care Worker certification.

For your protection and peace of mind, each member of our staff is vetted through extensive interviews, comprehensive criminal background checks, driving record checks, drug screening, and class 1 fingerprint clearance from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Once hired, all Abrio Home Care team members complete a hands-on training and orientation process. Our process includes state-mandated direct care training, CPR training, and first aid and developmental disability training. This ensures that all caregivers can meet and exceed the diverse needs of our customers.
